David Wayne Crofts Sr.

David Wayne Crofts, Sr passed into eternal life on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Providence St. Joseph Medical in Polson. He was born April 11, 1939 in Evansville, Indiana to Val and Georgia Crofts, and the youngest of four children. After graduating high school in 1957, Dave married the love of his life, Lynn on July 2, 1966.

Dave was never afraid of hard work, working many years construction and labor jobs, but his true labor of love sought in God. He loved his family and country. He was very loyal to all he called friend or family. He was always ready to visit or tell a story about some adventure he had in life. Dave was a devoted father, and a loving husband. He loved spending as much time as he could in Hot Springs and visited many across the western states.

Dave is survived by and deeply missed by his wife, Lynn; his children, David (Julie) Crofts, Jr and Janette (Richard) Waltman; his grandchildren, Aaron, Patrick, Cody, Brandon (Keisha), Austin (Taylor), Jacob (Larissa), Matthew, and Emily; his great grandchildren, Lucas, Zaniah, and Zayden; and his brother, Dan (MaryBelle); as well as many sisters and brothers in law, nephews, and nieces, and friends who were family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Val and Georgia, as well as his brother, Val Jr, and sister, Joyce Rayman.

Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Dave will reminisce and celebrate Dave's life at a private memorial service in the spring of 2022.
