Frank Glen Parker returned to the loving embrace of his Heavenly Father on Monday, June 9th, 2025. Surrounded by family, he passed peacefully in his daughter’s home in Polson, Montana.
Frank, called Glen by his family, was the third and final child born to Frank Guy Parker and Mabel Estella Stonehocker. He was born on December 20th, 1936, in the family home in Round Butte, Montana. Glen was raised there in Round Butte with his two older sisters, Eileen and Vivian.
Glen attended Round Butte Elementary and graduated from Ronan High School in 1955. After high school, Glen enrolled at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. During the summer of 1958, Glen met the love of his life, Jeniel Nelson. The two of them were married on June 20th, 1959. The following spring of 1960, Glen earned his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, just days before the birth of their first child, Andrea Kay.
Glen joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was later sealed to his wife Jeniel and their daughter Andrea in the Los Angeles Temple on Aug 12, 1962. He loved the Lord and would later serve for years as a temple worker in the Timpanogos Temple.
After graduating from Montana State University, Glen moved to California to work. Glen and Jeniel had two more children while living in California, Kevin Frank and Michael Brett. They moved back to Montana in 1971 to build a new life on Jeniel’s childhood ranch on Post Creek. Their son Matthew David was born in 1973 while they lived on Post Creek.
While working at the ranch, Glen worked other jobs as well. Glen loved his career as a plant manager and worked for the Ronan School District and for 10 years for the school district in Wainright, Alaska. In 1999 Glen and Jeniel sold the ranch on Post Creek to move closer to medical care in Utah. Glen’s final move was back to his daughter’s home in Polson, Montana where he spent his final months.
Glen is survived by his wife, Jeniel Nelson Parker, his children Andrea Kay (Mark) Johnson, Kevin (Michelle) Parker, Michael (Jody) Parker, and Matthew (Danielle) Parker, thirteen grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren. Glen was preceded in death by his two infant sons Steven Glen Parker, and Eric Parker.
