Gregg Allen Doerfler

Gregg A. Doerfler, age 70, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at his residence, with his wife Bonnie at his side. He was born on October 24, 1954, in Albany, Oregon, the son of Jimmy and Marianne (Michele) Doerfler.

He lived in Oregon, Washington state and Arizona while his dad worked at various paper mills. The Doerfler family settled in Missoula, Montana where Gregg attended high school and college. He had various employment opportunities, the last being Camp Make A Dream.

He and Bonnie met in 1976 and married after a brief courtship. They both knew right away that their love was “true blue”. They were married 48 years.

Gregg touched so many lives. His genuine concern for his fellow man was “trademark” Gregg. He will be missed by many.

He is preceded in death by his dad Jim, mother Marianne and brother Mike.

He is survived by his wife Bonnie, niece Malori, aunt, cousins and in-laws.

There are no services planned at this time for Gregg.
