Jacob Patrick Fleming

Jacob Fleming, age 49, of Polson, MT, passed away on January 1, 2026.

Jake was born on March 6, 1976, to Greg Fleming and Elaine Bailey in Polson, MT. A lifelong resident of the area.

Jake is survived by his sons, Isaac Fleming and Tyler Waychoff; his father, Greg Fleming; and his brother, Nathan Fleming and family. He is further survived by several beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Bailey; his paternal grandparents, Billie Fleming West and Jim Fleming II; his maternal grandparents, Kennedine Bailey and Joe Bailey; and his cousin, Jim Fleming IV.

Services for Jacob will be held at 10:00 AM on January 8, 2026, at The Lake Funeral Home and Crematory, Polson, MT. A procession to the Ronan Cemetery for burial will follow the service.

Following the interment, a reception will be held for family and friends at the Sacred Heart Parish Hall in Ronan, 35725 Round Butte Rd.
