Jerilyn Clairmont

Jerilyn Clairmont was born April 3, 1980, to Amelia Lefthand and Gerald Clairmont. She passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025.

Jerilyn was the youngest of 8. She attended Ronan and Two Eagle Schools. She eventually attended Clearfield Job Corps. Sparking her adventure side, she headed to California. She ultimately found her way back to Pache.

Jerilyn always made work fun. A family favorite was when she worked at Taco Bell where the Kootenai girl with a British accent became a local celebrity. People would go just for her to take their order. Out of all her jobs being Mama Jay to all her bonus babies was her favorite. She also loved to argue, especially with her sissy Mama Coom.

Jerilyn is preceded in death by her parents Amelia “Merle” Lefthand and Gerald Clairmont, brothers Kevin Victor Kenmille, Raymond “Gus” Clairmont, and sister Jule Yvonne Kenmille.

She is survived by her uncle Nicolas Lefthand of Niarada, aunt Anistasia “Ruby” Burke of Welpinit WA, and Mary “Pooyah” Lefthand of Polson, her siblings Natalie Kenmille of Ronan, Samantha Kenmille of Polson, Greg Kenmille of Niarada, Danielle Lefthand of Niarada, Sara Lutes of St. Ignatius, Coomsah Clairmont of Ronan, her bonus babies, Basil Kenmille, Tonya and Lisa Brueggeman, Ashley, Savanah, Douglas, Rougue, Amelia, Arleneah Kenmille, Demetrius “Meechie” Curley, Ashley Callejas, Blake and Jordan Kenmille, Gabriel and Julian Lutes, Nathan Inman, Marissa, Natissa Kenmille, Tiana Antoine, Elijah Lefthand, and her baby girl Gracelyn Kenmille. Plus, all of her many, many friends that she considered sisters and brothers, and their kids, too many to name them all but they were all just as close and special to her.

A wake will begin on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 3:00 pm, Rosary at 8:00 pm, and funeral service on Wednesday, July 30th at 10:00 am, all at Elmo Hall. Burial will follow at Elmo Cemetery.
