Judith Ann “Judy” Gray began her journey home on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, with her loving family by her side. Judy was born on February 13, 1944, and raised in Lonepine, Montana, alongside her six siblings.
Her childhood shaped her into the fierce, tough, stubborn, and driven woman everyone came to know and love.
What defined Judy even more was her sense of humor, which she proudly passed on to all five of her children. She had a kind smile, an open-door policy, and a presence that lit up every room she walked into. Her home was a safe haven, her laughter unforgettable, and her love limitless.
Judy is going home to her beloved parents, Nathan and Thelma; her brothers Nate (Jr.), Richard, and Kevin; and her precious grandson, Charlie.
Carrying forward her legacy are her five children—Brad (Jami), Charlie (Stacey), Vern (Rhiannon), Judy, and Maggie (Heather); her grandchildren—Todd (Julie), Derrick (Staci), Chad (Holly), Jordan, Erin (Trevor), Lilly, Nate, and Addie; along with countless great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Judy was many things to many people: a devoted mom, sister, daughter, auntie, yaya, and friend. She will be remembered for her fierce love, her warmth, and her ability to make everyone feel like family.
As you walk through life, remember Judy’s loving heart and kind smile. Share that warmth with those around you, carry her memory forward, and let her shine on through you.
Forever missed. Forever loved. Shine on, Mom.
