Margaret departed this world on September 12, 2017 from Polson, MT in comfort and peace after a long struggle with spinal stenosis.
A southern belle born in Lexington, SC, Margaret married the love of her life — a damn yankee. She was a strong woman who laughed at big waves, ate seafood with gusto (especially crab and shrimp), and fiercely loved her husband, children, grandchildren, and dogs. Throughout her career, she found great joy working as a pediatric physical therapist. Margaret was an avid outdoorswoman and adventurer, and consistently opened her home and dinner table to all. This matriarch of the Parsons family will be sorely missed by her loving and devoted husband of 56 years, Jon Parsons, five children, ten grandchildren, one sister, two sister-like cousins, and countless other close family-members and friends.
